Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and without you contacting us, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Because of the nature of our business, all sales are final unless we mistakenly send out the wrong or a defective product in which case, we'll provide a replacement upon receipt and inspection of the product.
We are not and will not be held responsible for issues with shipping after order has been shipped and/or we've supplied the tracking number.
